Expensive but worth it for a once in a lifetime opportunity, I wasn't paying attention to the changing ticket process and I'm so glad Mr Genger could help me. Excited to update with my final experiences in two months

Genger is exceptional. I would give him 10 stars on a 5-star scale, he was so good in taking care of the impossible, which meant a lot to us. He is professional, quick to respond, and understood all the concerns. He gave easy to follow instructions. Highly recommended!
