Expensive but worth it for a once in a lifetime opportunity, I wasn't paying attention to the changing ticket process and I'm so glad Mr Genger could help me. Excited to update with my final experiences in two months

Genger is exceptional. I would give him 10 stars on a 5-star scale, he was so good in taking care of the impossible, which meant a lot to us. He is professional, quick to respond, and understood all the concerns. He gave easy to follow instructions. Highly recommended!

Poke Park Kanto changed the reservation system on no notice from two months in advance to three. I’d booked my trip to Japan six months in advance and scrambled. Gengar got me my tickets.

An absolute angel who can make dreams come true! Super nice and communicative, and can explain things very clearly. Would highly recommend for any Pokémon fan who struggles to obtain entry tickets.
