Run Nishan Consultancy, helping independent and boutique hotels fix broken PMS setups and build websites that actually convert bookings. Audit and reconfigure Cloudbeds PMS workflows (rates, channel manager, staff permissions), migrate properties between systems (including an Airbnb-to- direct-booking transition from Guesty to Cloudbeds), and design/build hotel websites from scratch. Clients include independent hotels and short-term rental operators who needed their booking systems working correctly before they lost another reservation to a sync error.
