My name is Leah, from Ireland, and I have just recently completed my 4 year bachelors degree in Food Science and Nutrition! I create diet plans for people wanting to include healthier habits! The main diet I focus on is the Mediterranean Diet. This is a way of eating more fruits, veg, wholegrains and fish. It also includes less processed foods, meat + poultry. The Med diet has been proven to lower the risk of Cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes + obesity. Hydration is key!
