Provide professional construction cost estimation and quantity takeoff services for residential and commercial projects. I analyze architectural and structural drawings to produce accurate material quantities, detailed cost estimates, and organized BOQs that help contractors and developers plan budgets and prepare competitive bids. Key responsibilities include preparing material takeoffs for concrete, reinforcement, masonry, drywall, flooring, roofing, doors, windows, and finishes. I also develop structured Excel reports with clear quantity breakdowns and cost summaries. I collaborate remotely with contractors, architects, and builders to ensure estimates align with project scope, specifications, and construction standards. My focus is delivering reliable data that supports efficient project planning, cost control, and successful tender submissions.
