Do I need to give you SSH access to my server? Is this safe?
Yes, I need SSH access (or sudo + password) to install the software. This is the standard practice for remote deployments (used by DigitalOcean, AWS, etc.). All credentials are used only for this single setup and not stored. I never share credentials with third parties. The session is over once the
My NAS isn't listed in your hardware. Will it work anyway?
Probably yes! I support any Linux-based system that runs Docker — Synology, TrueNAS, Unraid, QNAP, Asustor, generic Ubuntu/Debian VPS, even Mac with Docker Desktop. If your device is ARM-based (e.g. some QNAP models), I'll use the ARM64 build of Ollama. Message me with your NAS model before ordering
What if the installation fails or my NAS breaks?
I include 7 days of post-install support with every package. If something doesn't work or you run into issues, message me — I'll help troubleshoot at no extra charge. The Premium package extends this to 30 days. For long-term support, I also offer monthly maintenance plans (DM for details).
