Do I need to purchase payroll software ?
No need to buy payroll software! We handle everything using our HMRC-compliant system, but you can use your own like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or FreeAgent if you prefer.
How will I get payslips and other reports ?
All reports including payslips will be sent via emails. Payslips will be password protected with clear instructions on how to use the password.
Any extra charge or hidden fee ?
Not at all. Given price cover complete payroll processing as well as pension contributions.
any charge for Payslips, P45 or P60s ?
No additional fee will be applicable. It's already covered in gig price.
Any charge for changes in payroll?
Yes. Once payroll is finalised and submitted to HMRC, any changes you request that cannot be adjusted in future payroll, may incur an additional fee. The exact cost will depend on the nature of the changes, and we will always confirm the fee with you before making any updates.
How to contact Zephyr Accounting ?
Preferably via Fiverr messages and we aim to reply ASAP. For first time, we recommend to have a Zoom meeting via Fiverr which allow us to get better understanding of your business needs and provide tailor made solution. Going forward, we can contact over phone.
