Designed custom sheet metal enclosures, internal structural frames, and bracketry for hardware products from initial CAD concept through manufacturing release. Developed fully parametric 3D SOLIDWORKS models and prepared production-ready 2D technical drawings with detailed GD&T. Generated 1:1 scale DXF flat patterns with accurate K-factors for direct laser cutting, punching, and press brake bending. Conducted DFM/DFA reviews to reduce part count, optimize assembly efficiency, and eliminate fabrication errors with sheet metal vendors.
