What accounting software do you work with?
I work primarily with QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you're using a different platform such as Wave, FreshBooks, or spreadsheets, message me before ordering and I'll let you know if I can accommodate your setup.
How do you handle catch-up bookkeeping if I'm months or years behind?
No problem at all — catch-up bookkeeping is one of my most requested services. I'll review your backlog, reconcile all accounts month by month, and bring your books fully up to date. For large backlogs (6+ months), I recommend the Premium package or we can discuss a custom quote before you order.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
After you place an order, I'll ask for read-only access to your accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero), your bank and credit card statements for the relevant period, and a brief description of your business type and transactions. Everything you share is kept 100% confidential.
