What data do you need from me to get started?
You’ll need a Shopify order export (CSV). Product, customer, or inventory data may also be required. I can work with Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, or other platforms. I’ll review your files and confirm if anything else is needed before starting.
Do I need Power BI installed to use the dashboard?
You’ll need Power BI Desktop (Free) to open and interact with the dashboard. If you use Power BI Service, I can prepare the report for publishing. Unsure which version? I’ll guide you. I can also provide simple exports like PDF if that’s easier.
I don't have reviews to check yet — how do I know this is legitimate?

What format is the dashboard delivered in?
The dashboard is delivered as a Power BI (.pbix) file. If requested, I can also provide a PDF export, screenshots, or guidance on publishing it to Power BI Service. Standard and Premium packages also include a written summary of key findings and recommendations.
Can you work with data from platforms other than Shopify?
Yes. While this gig is focused on Shopify, I can also analyze data from WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, POS systems, Excel, SQL databases, and other ecommerce platforms. If you're unsure whether your data is compatible, send me a message before ordering.
