Solicitar la revisión experta de un diseño puede ahorrar tiempo y dinero al entrar en la fase de fabricación. Un solo proceso de mecanizado adicional en el diseño puede duplicar el tiempo y el precio del producto. Por lo tanto, se dificulta competir en el mercado con buenos márgenes.
En este servicio haré lo siguiente:
- Revise su diseño para detectar cualquier falla con respecto a (a) fabricación b) costos de mecanizado c) facilidad de uso d) rigidez e) estética
- En el Paquete Básico, te daré comentarios escritos/grabados sobre el diseño.
- En el Paquete Estándar, brindaré una consulta en una llamada en vivo y responderé cualquier pregunta que tenga.
- En el Paquete Premium, seré tu socio y analizaremos juntos el producto, el mercado objetivo y el entorno de uso. A continuación, revisaré todo el diseño y buscaré puntos débiles en todos los aspectos que puedan afectar tanto el coste total como la facilidad de uso del producto. Además, elaboraré un plan de acción completo que incluirá:
- Directrices para los procesos de fabricación
- Procesos de fabricación alternativos a los recomendados
