Clearly not fluent in English or just cannot follow instructions, poor quality, etc. Essentially stole almost $40 from me and Fiverr doesn't seem to care either. The work I provided to be improved upon is literally 30X more valuable than the end result I received here, yet somehow on the exact same level...
