I am a dedicated professional "space holder." I have had the pleasure of coaching and advising individuals from all different ages, cultures, backgrounds, faiths, and capabilities for over 10 years in the social services field. Today, I am pivoting towards helping individuals outside of that arena. My passion is working with chronic over-thinkers who often feel stuck on which steps to take next. I help bring clarity to the confusion, and peace to the chaos of doing something out of your comfort zone!
