Creation of PowerBI Dashboard to track key compliance metrics on daily basis using Kronos Data of contractual manpower' Associated with Nestlé Developed an interactive Power BI dashboard focused on Overtime (OT) compliance, which is a key part of overall compliance metrics for contractual manpower. The dashboard was built using Kronos data provided by my mentor and helps HR and Operations teams track daily ,monthly and weekly OT trends and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities: Cleaned, transformed, and analyzed OT data from Kronos Created OT-related compliance KPIs such as average OT%, maximum OT%, and department-with max OT%,week with max OT% Designed visuals including donut charts, line charts, weekly OT trends, and department OT analysis Added filters/slicers for department-wise compliance tracking Enhanced visibility of OT compliance to support decision-making and manpower planning.
