I work in the Payroll function under the Finance Department at G4S Bangladesh. My responsibilities include preparing and processing monthly payroll for employees while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. I handle salary calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions, and final settlements. I also manage payroll-related records, verify attendance and leave data, prepare payroll reports, and support bank salary disbursements.. My duties include maintaining bank and ledger reconciliations, and assisting in monthly and year-end financial closing. I also support budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial reporting in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, I coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
