I worked with John Lewis & Partners to improve the way their email and customer communication processes were organized and automated. Role focused on supporting their ActiveCampaign setup, including campaign management, contact organization, segmentation. I helped structure automated customer journeys so leads and customers could receive relevant messages at the right stage while reducing manual tasks. I also worked on lead nurturing and follow-up workflows, connecting customer actions with appropriate email responses and ensuring contacts moved through the right communication paths. I reviewed automation logic, refined triggers and actions, and helped improve the account structure. The result was a more organized email marketing system with clearer customer journeys, better contact management and more efficient follow-up processes. By combining CRM organization with targeted email automation, I helped create a system that was easier to manage and aligned with their marketing goals.
