I will make plush or rag doll based on your design

Usually, it will take about a week for me to finish one doll. But if the design is complex, it'll take me more than a week. So if you, for example, order four dolls, it will take me around 4-6 weeks to finish them.

I cannot guarantee that the doll will arrive on time. Usually it takes around 5-7 days for the package to arrive in US/Canada. But because of the pandemic, there are delays everywhere so it could take up to two or three weeks.

No. As the client/buyer, you are responsible for paying customs duties/import tax (or anything similar) upon arrival of the package.

Due to the nature of handmade products, I don't accept cancellation or return UNLESS they arrive damaged or defective. But if you have a problem with your order upon arrival, please let me know and let's find a way to work it out.

As per Fiverr policy, yes, you can. But cancelling in the middle of making process only makes me to produce more waste, as my gig produces physical products. So please, please, make sure that you really want to place the order. I don't wish to contribute to more textile waste.
