Was very nice and spend a lot of time helping me, really loves the subject and learning more about it, we went through several options even though I had a limited keyboard disposition (ISO French 100% which is quite hard to find in the custom world) Would definitely recommand, they will understand what you want and help you get the keyboard of your dreams !
