Luego caemos en esta espiral negativa de pensamientos o no. Estas pueden ser creencias limitantes propias. A veces provienen de nosotros mismos, pero a menudo están presentes desde traumas infantiles o condicionamientos de la infancia. Incluso pueden ser heredadas a través del ADN de nuestros antepasados.
Como practicante holístico, mi pasión es ayudar a las personas a ayudarse a sí mismas. No te sano, pero te guío para que sanes tú mismo y ¡ahí es donde sucede la verdadera magia!

I am deeply thankful! She helped me identify limiting beliefs that I had no idea I had. She explained everything thoroughly so that I understood the findings. She sent me a follow up guide to help me reprogram my subconscious mind and rid of the negative beliefs. She was professional and had such amazing energy all around. Will absolutely come back!
