Shopify is a famous Ecommerce platform that hosts your online store. Shopify platform is popular because it is easy to setup, provides 24 hour support and requires little or no technical knowledge. However after the new accessibility laws, it is now mandatory for Shopify stores to be accessible, that is, they should be easy accessed by audience with physical disabilities.
With the help of my services, you'd be able to make your Shopify store fully accessible, apply for certification and get the ADA/AODA or section 508 compliance conforming WCAG 2.1 level A/AA. I do not use plugins rather make custom code level changes which results in zero or no errors and your store gets full compliance.

The basic guideline or the building block to develop accessibility laws is derived from a single authority, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Every country then derives rules and regulations from Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) provided by W3C. Current standard is WCAG 2 while WCAG 3 is in draft and will come into force in few years. WCAG has further testing levels (A, AA & AAA) that apply to various sectors.

If I update the theme, will it remove the code changes ?
No, there is no link between theme updates and accessibility implementation. Theme updates only update installed theme files related to configuration etc while accessibility changes are related to User Interface and Front End code.
Do you use subscription based plugins to make store accessible ?
The process of making a website accessible is (30-40%) done using automated tools and (60-70%) through manual testing; so a plugin is never capable of making website accessible. The manual testing should be performed to fix all the errors as per WCAG 2 standards ( A, AA and AAA levels).
