I'm a Network & Security professional certified in Fortinet NSE4, NSE5 and NSE6, with hands-on experience configuring FortiGate firewalls from initial setup through advanced VPN, SD-WAN, and high-availability deployments.
I work with both FortiGate VM and hardware appliances.

Do I need to give you direct access to my firewall?
Yes, either a remote session (AnyDesk/TeamViewer) or SSH/HTTPS access — whichever you're comfortable with.
Can you work on a live production firewall without downtime?
Yes, changes are staged and applied during a window you approve.
Do you support FortiGate VM as well as hardware?
Yes, both.
Can you integrate FortiGate with our Active Directory for single sign-on?
Yes, via FSSO — Collector Agent or Local Mode, whichever fits your environment.
My firewall has a problem, can you just fix it?
Troubleshooting is included in every package, scoped to that tier's included hours (1–3 hrs). If the issue turns out to be more complex or the root cause is unclear, I'll let you know before continuing, and we can switch to hourly ($20/hr) to keep it fair for both of us.
