Started in 2024 as a small household business in Da Nang, with a mission to work directly with Xo Dang ethnic farmers in Kon Tum, Central Highlands to grow and preserve Vietnamese specialty coffee. 2024: Built farm-direct partnership in Kon Tum for Robusta, Honey, Natural & rare Liberica. Launched a low-cost / 0-fee takeaway coffee cart franchise model to help small vendors start a coffee business while promoting Xo Dang coffee to the market. 2025: Invested in a dedicated roasting factory with professional roasters and equipment. Expanded from retail to B2B - supplying roasted beans to cafes across Vietnam and exporting to clients in Mongolia. Present: Managing the full farm-to-cup chain - sourcing green beans, farming in Kon Tum, roasting, QC with SCA cupping, and retailing at our roastery at 212 Le Trong Tan, An Khe Ward, Da Nang City. Currently developing 4 core products: Xo Dang Signature Blend, Robusta Honey, Robusta Natural, and Liberica. Focus: creating sweet, clean roasting profiles for Vietnamese Robusta Honey & Natural that solve the common bitter/burnt problem.
