I build working software with Claude Code and the Claude API: AI agents that do real tasks, fast web apps on Cloudflare Workers, and pipelines that turn scripts into narrated, captioned videos. I run my own products on this stack (a sales pipeline with AI agents, a live tax calculator, a multi-project dashboard, an AI-voiced video channel). I like to show a working first version early, keep a human in charge of anything that pays or deletes and of every reply to a customer, and hand over code, a runbook and a walkthrough video....
