I am working as a Computer Systems Analyst in this company since 15 year's & the nature of the job is very challenging as my duties are as under. 1: Study current computer systems, procedures, and workflows 2: Consult with managers and staff to find business goals and data processing needs 3: Research new hardware and software to see if it increases efficiency 4: Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment reports for system upgrades 5: Design new computer systems or add functionality to old ones 6: Draw diagrams, flowcharts, and blueprints for programmers and engineers to build 7: Choose pre-developed software packages and adapt them to user 8: Oversee the installation and configuration of new hardware and software 9: Coordinate links between different computer systems to make data sharing easier 10: Test new programs and systems to make sure they work correctly 11: Troubleshoot malfunctions and fix operational or code errors 12: Write instruction manuals and technical documentation 13: Train end-users and staff on how to use new systems 14: Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance
