I spent days trying to do this project myself and couldn't get it right. I'm glad I found Faiza. She understood my needs and completed the project as requested. She worked to get it done earlier than the agreed upon timeline. I appreciate everything she did and highly recommend her to others.

At first, everything was fine, but unfortunately, Faiza's performance dropped off significantly toward the end. She kept promising me she would deliver within the next 12 hours, but then she was no longer reachable or didn't get back to me. To this day, I still haven't received the delivery I paid for.

AWFUL! Excuse after excuse after excuse. I commissioned her to format some files which she said would take no more than a few days. A month later, still hadn't received the finished works after being told multiple times it would be with me within 24 hours. Would not recommend her to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant work! The letterhead looks incredibly professional and perfectly captured our brand identity. Communication was smooth, delivery was fast, and the final result exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for future projects!
