The final video was delivered, but the overall experience was frustrating. There were repeated attempts to sell additional services instead of completing what I understood to be the original scope of work. Communication was difficult, and I was not satisfied with the overall service.

A complete waste of money. She was incompetent, and an emotional mess. I asked questions having never done this before and got zero explanation as to what she was doing or the progress. She says she forwarded my case to Julia Nancy who was equally incompetent and didn't seem to know anything about it...
