At The White Lotus Up Company, I lead and deliver adaptive offline-to-online transitions for real businesses, craftspeople, and creative spaces across Southeast Asia, with a strong base in Vietnam (Hoi An). My work focuses on translating existing physical identity, culture, and community into clear, functional digital systems without erasing context or craft. Projects range from backpacker hostels and local bars to long-established leather artisans, tattoo studios, and grassroots collectives. I’ve guided complete transitions from unknown or failing offline businesses into coherent online entities—often including physical space setup, brand clarification, landing pages, referral systems, and ongoing support for up to six months to ensure stability and adoption. Notable work includes converting Serendipity Hostel’s offline referral culture into a digital discovery hub; supporting the full transformation of a basketball bar from an unbranded space into a visible online presence; rebuilding a failed business into the new creative identity “Serene Dream” with full offline-to-online continuity; enabling a 15-year local leather craftsman to enter international collaboration and workshops; and supporting artists and mentors through design influence systems that respect lineage and authorship. My approach blends visual architecture, cinematic storytelling, and AI-assisted tools to reduce friction and increase clarity. Rather than delivering static assets, I build living systems that clients can understand, maintain, and grow into. The work emphasizes adaptability, human pacing, and collaboration—bridging grassroots reality with scalable digital presence while preserving authenticity.
