Built a custom Claude AI integration for a private equity workflow, connecting Claude to DealCloud CRM through a Model Context Protocol server and a secure web portal. Developed the MCP server, DealCloud REST API connection, Microsoft 365 SSO, role-based access control, and audit logging with Supabase. Designed bi-directional data sync so target lists, coverage tiers, and deal assignments could stay current across the portal and CRM. Created tools for extracting revenue, EBITDA, geography, sector, employee count, and deal structure from long PDF documents, then mapping the results to the correct DealCloud fields for review. The work focused on reducing manual data entry, replacing static deal tracking, protecting access to confidential pipeline data, and documenting the system for handoff and future expansion.
