overall there were many upload mistakes and more that i have to check myself multiple times. I can not say from now if the yt channel is getting subs and views. We have to wait 1-2 months and see. Good is that he alwayd answers quickly.

After couple of revisions and days of optimization we were able to have a usable version. It took some time but in the end we had a decent outcome but there still is room for improvement. Very friendly contact, always wanting to help but the team still needs to work on their editing skills. Nevertheless they tried their best to meet my expectations.

EVERYTHING IS FINE THE ONE MINUS IS IT TAKES A LONG TIME. I THOUGHT 2-3 DAYS AND IT WOULD BE DONE! BUT IT TOOK 7+ DAYS

Overall a good experience. The team completed all 20 videos with both long form and shorts delivered on time. There were some script tone adjustments needed along the way but the production quality was solid and they were responsive to feedback. Looking forward to seeing the improvements on future projects.
