1. I will create Power App page according to your requirement design
2. It will insert the records in sharepoint list and shows successfully added pop-up
3. Email Notification will be send to respective user or initiator
4. PowerApp Link will be added in email body User will review the submitted item through link
5. User will be able to update the item or Approve/Reject the item
6. Initiator will be notified for any action
