I am currently working as an IT Officer at NAC, where I provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of all IT systems across the organization. My responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting Windows systems, managing Office 365 services, supporting users with email and Microsoft Teams, and maintaining the local network, routers, switches, and WiFi systems. I manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, and ensure that all users have secure access to the resources they need. I also provide remote support to field offices, perform regular system maintenance, configure laptops and printers, and help improve IT security and reliability across the organisation.
