FAQ
Do I need Commercial Rights?
Typically yes, if the project is not for personal use. For any business-related purposes, you will need to purchase the "Commercial Rights" gig extra. Meaning you can use your audio to promote your service or company on NON-PAID channels, like social media, websites, etc.
Do I need Broadcast Right?
You will need full broadcast rights to cover voiceovers broadcast on any PAID advertising channels such as: television, radio, or internet streaming pre-roll (example - YouTube ads, commercials on Spotify, radio or TV).
What if I need a correction or "revision"?
If I make a mistake in pronunciation or missing a word, I will fix that free of charge. A change in the script or tone in any way after the audio has been recorded or delivered; revisions are $10 for up to 30 words. The first revision is on me (a revision is limited up to 30 words per occurrence).
Can I get my project faster with "Super Fast Delivery"?
Yes, the "Super Fast Delivery" is a gig extra that sends your order to the front of the line ahead of everyone else's(except others with the super fast delivery gig also). Customers who order the "Super Fast Delivery" gig extra usually receive their orders in 14 hours or less.
What's your time zone?
EST (Eastern Standard Time) -- if I take a few hours to respond to your message in my inbox, I'm probably asleep or working hard on another order. But otherwise, I will always respond within my average listed time frame.
Does my audio come with music behind it?
If you'd like yours or my music to play behind your audio, please provide direction when you select the "Background Music" gig extra; type of music(happy, sad, cinematic) or genre of music (Hip Hop, Country, Jazz) you would like for your project.
