I've been running games and building worlds for over a decade now I've played everything from D&D 3.5 to 5e (both editions), and most of that time has been spent in Theater of the Mind, which I think is where storytelling really lives.

The way I see it, a character sheet tells a story before anyone rolls a single die. The numbers matter, sure, but they should come from somewhere. So whether I'm building a Character sheet or a D&D backstory, I start with the same questions: What is this character? Why do they exist in this world? And what happens when everything goes wrong?

Everything I write is meant to land on your table and work, session one, no adjustments needed. I'm also a 3D printing hobbyist, so I get the full picture immersion matters, and I write with that cinematic, you-are-there feeling in mind.
