I’m a market research, information and communication director with 20 years of experiences. I work for companies in different sectors (banking, insurance, transport, waste, energy, construction, telecommunications, media) to support them in implementing their market and CSR strategies, market research, information and communication projects internationally.
I help them design their research projects, implement them operationally, deploy their information and communication projects with their stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers and institutions).
I'm specialized in qualitative research for BtoB in depths interviews.
I propose 3 formulas for this gig:

What will you get?
- I design a qualitative questionnaire in accordance with your issue.
- I contact the companies you want to interview.
- I do an online video conference with them and record their narrative.
- I analyse their narrative following the qualitative questionnaire.
- I write a detailed qualitative report.
- I orally present you the results of the research.
The interviews can be done:
- in French, English or Italian.
- through videoconference.
FAQ
How do you recruit the businesses?
You provide me with a list of business that you want me to contact.
How do you organize the interviews?
I contact each company (the profile you wish) by email to present the research, then I call them to ask for its participation. If accepted, I plan an appointment for a video conference in which I will do the qualitative interview.
What about the questionnaire for the in depths interviews?
Two possibilities : 1) You have a questionnaire to provide me, mostly composed of opened questions. 2) I create the questionnaire for the interviews following your guidance about the issue (in this case, there is an extra-fee of 300 € : booking via a custom order).
How do you do the analysis of the interviews?
For each question, I compare each interview and define the global trends.
What information do you provide in the qualitative report?
I explain the methodology of the research, time and period. I write a detailed report of the interviews for each question, show the trends and orientations. I conclude the research and give some advices.
How is the oral presentation organized?
We plan a video conference together in which I explain you the report, the responses of the interviewees, the trends, orientations, conclusions. I also respond to your questions.
