Designed and developed a multi-agent AI platform using Azure OpenAI with specialized agents for research, planning, execution, synthesis, and review, enabling autonomous IT incident resolution workflows. Built agentic AI solutions for automated infrastructure troubleshooting and self-healing across cloud and enterprise environments including AWS, Azure, Docker, and ServiceNow. Delivered client-facing demonstrations showcasing AI-driven incident remediation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency improvements. Led an end-to-end Elastic Stack migration from version 7.6 to 8.15, including reindexing, mapping migration, ingestion pipeline upgrades, query validation, and production cutover.
