Product Designer / Senior Product Designer (Team Lead) With 4+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, and web design, I have contributed to building user-centered digital products and scalable design solutions at Avow Solutions Inc. I progressed from UI/UX Designer to Senior Product Designer and Team Lead, overseeing a team of designers across product and graphic design projects. During this time, I designed key modules for the CargoEZ mobile platform, including CRM, Freight, Leads, and WMS features, improving usability and product functionality. I also redesigned the CargoEZ SaaS website using Framer, significantly improving engagement, increasing average session duration by 228%, boosting engagement by 78%, and optimizing performance across devices. In addition to product work, I contributed to branding and visual initiatives such as designing a large-scale office interior and an international conference booth that increased visitor engagement and brand visibility. My role involved creating intuitive interfaces, developing design systems, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver impactful digital experiences.
