The service was quick and process was communicated well. Everything was uploaded before and the app we used was easy and self explanatory. Only thing holding back 5 stars was a miscommunication on scheduling and timing. We ended up waiting 30+ minutes to meet. After that, the process was quick.

Victoria was superb and very patient as I messed up our time zone difference, but she was polite and understanding and rescheduled our appointment for the following day. Thank you Victoria and best wishes!
