I manage and optimize an Etsy-based print-on-demand store focused on custom T-shirt designs within competitive apparel niches. The store targets trend-driven audiences, requiring strong product positioning, clear branding, and consistent optimization to remain visible and competitive. My role covers end-to-end store management, including product research, T-shirt design direction, listing creation, and storefront optimization. I develop and refine product listings by improving titles, tags, and descriptions using keyword-focused strategies to increase visibility within Etsy search. To improve performance, I enhanced product mockups and thumbnails to create a more consistent and attention-grabbing storefront. Each listing is structured to communicate value quickly, helping potential customers understand the design appeal and make faster buying decisions. One of the main challenges is standing out in a saturated print-on-demand apparel market. I addressed this by focusing on niche targeting, trend alignment, and visual differentiation, ensuring each design connects with a specific audience rather than blending into generic listings. This ongoing work has strengthened the store’s branding, improved discoverability, and created a more streamlined shopping experience that supports higher engagement and conversions.
