Sobre mí
I'm a YouTube creator and video editor focused mainly on gaming content. I have hands-on experience taking raw gameplay footage and turning it into fast-paced. Because I also create my own content, I understand the editing process from a creator's perspective — not just cutting footage, but identifying the moments worth keeping, removing unnecessary downtime and shaping the video around the personality of the creator. I'm still growing my freelance experience, so I'm particularly interested in working with smaller creators and helping them turn their footage into entertaining, polished videos.

**YouTube Content Creator & Video Editor** *Independent / Self-employed* I independently run a gaming-focused YouTube channel, managing the content creation process from recording and editing through to thumbnails, publishing and analysing video performance. My work primarily involves editing gameplay and commentary footage into entertaining, fast-paced videos. I focus on pacing, comedic timing, sound effects, music, visual gags and removing unnecessary footage to keep the final video engaging. I also create thumbnails, develop video concepts and titles, analyse YouTube performance data such as impressions, click-through rate and audience retention, and use this information to experiment with different formats and improve future content. Alongside the creative side of content creation, I have developed practical experience working with large gameplay recordings, OBS Studio, PC and VR footage, file management and troubleshooting recording and video-file issues. **Key skills developed:** - YouTube video editing and post-production - Gaming and commentary editing - Short-form content creation - Thumbnail design - Content planning and creative development - Audio editing and sound effects - YouTube analytics and content optimisation - OBS Studio and gameplay recording - PC and VR video workflows - Video and file troubleshooting Channel Link: youtube.com/@Valeriantics
