Couldnt use anything that was designed. Asked for a change and he asked for more money. Not a good experience for me. Sent only designs that in this day and age could have been generated with ai.. precise measurements were not included. For that, he wanted more money

One of the main goals first off is to re think where the stair can go into the loft, I offered 2 other positions but these were not exercised in the 9 days. The same stair as we have previously had drawn were re used. Also the loft itself could only be split into two rooms one way to maximise the already...
