Resolveré problemas relacionados con la impresora hp antigua o nueva soporte de software

Soy uno de los mejores técnicos de HP para impresoras de inyección de tinta (OfficeJet, Envy y DeskJet). He visto a la mayoría de la gente llamarnos para solucionar problemas básicos, pero lamentablemente, según las políticas de HP, no ofrecemos soporte para impresoras obsoletas. Estoy aquí para ayudarles a través de este medio con un coste menor. Les informo que tengo más de dos años de experiencia en la solución de problemas de software de impresoras HP.
Problemas comunes:
- Conectividad Wi-Fi (impresora sin conexión)
- Problema de calidad de impresión
- Atasco de papel
- No se puede escanear ni escanear a la computadora
- Los cartuchos no se pueden usar a menos que la impresora esté registrada en HP Instant Ink
Nota: Actualmente soy empleado de HP y mi horario de trabajo es de 6:00 a. m. a 3:30 p. m. MST. Responderé y resolveré su problema tan pronto como salga del trabajo.

Nitesh was able to get my 2nd computer up and running with in seconds after I was able to locate the cord that I need to connect my printer. Awesome!

Nitesh shared his knowledge in the area that i had trouble with. He explained his thoughts as to why my printer was not working and was also able to recover the apps that were removed. Because of different time zones, he made it work. He also discovered some other things, so i suggested we meet up online again and take care of it. Good working with him.
