With over 15 years of enterprise IT experience including systems administration, network administration, and performance/capacity management for large-scale environments I help businesses and individuals solve technical problems that others can't figure out.

I recently completed a role as a Systems Management Specialist at Kyndryl, one of the world's largest IT infrastructure companies, where I managed performance and capacity across enterprise systems. Before that, I spent years hands-on with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, networking, and IT service management.
