I am responsible for the entire Amazon business from start to finish. I am coordinating with factories and suppliers, making sure production was on schedule and products were made according to requirements. Once production is ready, I work closely with freight forwarders and customs agents to arrange shipping, prepare documents, and clear goods through customs. I handle all imports and logistics so that products reach warehouses and Amazon FBA without delays. At the same time, I manage Amazon Seller Central from A to Z—monitoring account health, handling cases, fixing issues, and making sure the account stayed safe and compliant. I also take care of the front-end of the business. I create and optimize product listings using SEO so products could rank and convert well. I manage and optimized PPC ads to increase sales while controlling costs. Inventory planning is a big part of my role—I track stock, forecast demand, and plan reorders so we never lose sales due to stockouts or waste money on overstock. On the customer side, I handle messages, returns, feedback, and reviews, making sure buyers are happy and problems are solved quickly. My main goal every day is simple: make sure products moved smoothly from factory → Amazon → customer. While running Amazon operations, I noticed that too much time was being wasted on manual work—copying data, updating sheets, and fixing human errors. So I started building automated Excel systems to make work faster and cleaner. That’s how my Excel Automation and VBA services were born. Now I build automated dashboards, inventory trackers, sales and profit reports, one-click refresh systems, VBA macros, and CSV/API data import tools. My goal is to replace slow, manual work with smart automation so businesses can focus on growth instead of spreadsheets.
