I've spent 7+ years architecting Salesforce solutions for organizations ranging from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, across CRM configuration, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, custom Apex development, and complex system integrations. How I've built my practice: Every client brings a different mess or a different blank slate. Some come to me with orgs held together by years of workflow rules and undocumented customizations. Others need a build from zero, with the org architecture decided before a single field gets created. Enterprise clients bring scale problems, governor limits, data volume, integration sprawl across a dozen connected systems. Smaller clients bring speed problems, they need it right the first time because there's no budget for a rebuild. If your problem is a two-hour fix, I'll tell you that instead of padding scope. If it's a structural rebuild, I'll tell you that too, with a realistic timeline instead of an optimistic one.
