Yes. Message me first with store access and screenshots/error messages; I diagnose the root cause before you order.
Is it safe? Will you back up my store?
Always backup-first. I test changes on a copy/staging where possible and never make blind edits.
Do you work with custom themes or only standard ones?
Both — standard Shopify themes and custom/third-party Liquid themes.
Can you fix multiple bugs in one order?
Small related issues can be bundled. Larger or unrelated ones I quote as a fair custom offer.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes — post-fix support if the same issue reappears, plus the revisions included in your package.
Do you need my store password?
No. I prefer secure Staff / collaborator access, so you never share your personal password.
