I am currently working as a Data Entry Operator and Computer Operator at Access Institute of Science & Technology. My responsibilities include managing and organizing digital records, entering and maintaining accurate data, preparing and formatting documents, and handling Microsoft Excel and Word tasks with precision and efficiency. I also assist with online data entry on government portals and maintain admission records with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. In addition, I handle document proofreading, PDF conversion, content formatting, image editing, and creating professional graphics for institutional use. I support daily office operations by ensuring files are properly arranged, information is updated on time, and all assigned tasks are completed smoothly. Along with these duties, I work with AI tools to prepare prompts, improve productivity, and complete tasks more effectively. I am experienced in managing computer-based work, maintaining data quality, and delivering organized results within deadlines.
