I basically gave them very little to go off of because I was in a rush. I trusted their process and they politely asked for a bit of a slower turn around to give them time to do what they needed to do. No big deal from my end and after one, very quick revision we're all set and have an asset that will be heavily used across our site. Highly recommend.
