Built an AI-powered assistant to automate music rights management for Patchbay, a platform used by music managers, publishers, and record labels to handle composition registration, deals, and invoicing. - AI Email Agent & Contract Reading Designed an intelligent email agent that reads inbound messages from music managers, classifies attached documents (recording agreements, split sheets, invoices), and extracts key terms — royalty percentages, advance amounts, writer details, and payment structures — to drive automated workflows. Built a document classification system using structured prompts with priority disambiguation rules to accurately triage entertainment industry contracts at scale. - Deal & Invoice Automation Developed an end-to-end deal automation pipeline that transitions from analysis to execution upon manager approval. The system extracts contract terms, surfaces missing fields, and creates structured deal records for recording, publishing, featured artist, and producer deal types — eliminating manual data entry and reducing deal turnaround time. - Composition Split Registration Built a songwriter identity resolution workflow that cross-references writer names against Patchbay's database using PRO affiliations (ASCAP, BMI, PRS) and IPI numbers. Automated split sheet registration with targeted clarification requests for unresolved writers, enabling managers to complete registrations directly via email reply. - Agent Architecture & Orchestration Designed a supervisor agent with priority-based tool routing that delegates tasks to specialized subagents based on intent signals detected in email threads. Implemented approval-gated execution to ensure human oversight before records are created or modified in the platform.
