When do you start working on my project?
As soon as I receive the advance payment. I don't delay my work and start working on it as per the timeline.
How long does it take before I can see my samples?
Well, it totally depends on the package and requirements, but I try my best to give an idea in 2 days.
How many changes may I ask for my logo design?
As the package suggests, but for small changes I won't bother or ask for additional payment, we will happily sort it out.
What if I have my own idea for the logo design?
Great, just be sure to describe me your idea briefly, it would be awesome if you are able to show me a picture or rough sketch.
Can you redo my existing logo design?
Of course, but that would count as designing a complete New Logo since I will have to trace it over.
Do you make logo design for products, titles, or names?
Certainly, I make designs for any kind of need, also for an extra charge, I can give you your desired mock-ups to have an idea e.g. Product Packaging, Social Media, or Billboards.
Who keeps the rights of the created logo design?
The Artwork and Logos we create for our customers are owned by them. I simply request permission to showcase them in my portfolio. If you require a license for the fonts used, they will need to be purchased. However, there are also free options available for use.
