In my current role as Management, Performance and Analytics Officer and sole data analyst within the Communities & Homes directorate at Rugby Borough Council, I built a 100-KPI reporting framework from scratch in Power BI. This connects multiple systems and data sources to support performance monitoring, regulatory reporting, senior management decision-making, and reporting up the management chain. My work includes dashboard development, data modelling, SQL-based preparation, KPI logic design, data quality checks, and repeatable reporting processes.
